About this property

Why stay in a condo when you can stay at a beach house. One of the last beach houses on Indian shores. Step out of the door and into the sand. No stairs needed. This is a one bedroom one bath totally renovated one story beach house on Indian rocks/Indian shores. Living room has a pull out couch and the cottage sleeps a total of 4. Cottage has Granite countertops, microwave, stove, toater, full size coffee maker, refrigerator, wifi and is located near many amenities. You can rent jet skis and take deep sea fishing charters out of Johns pass boardwalk or take a ride to Clearwater beach which is less than 10 minutes a way. Cottage is conveniently located near grocery stores, bait stores, and restaurants. If you have any questions about the property feel free to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Return trip for anniversary

This was our second time staying at the beach house. We enjoyed the simple layout of the house, and to have the beach just a few steps out the door is wonderful. We did have to deal with a few windy days, but overall we had a great time.

Indian Shores Cottage

This property is private and was great to have when it was too windy to be in the beach. This was our second time at this cottage, very nice stay.

Amazing stay

This was our second stay here. This time for longer. We just love the cottage and the area. If you're looking for fancy/ resort type place this isnt for you. Its old Florida charm with everything you need for a comfortable beach stay. They just put a brand new bed in and it was very comfortable. The area is safe and charming. Many good restaurants in the area. We are already planning our next stay.
