The kitchen is nicely renovated, well equipped and has good quality appliances with a lot of room for items for guests. The living space is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Jack was very responsive to our needs and we were very satisfied.

My family of 5 (1 toddler, an 83 year old senior, granddaughter, hubby and myself enjoyed the stay in this ocean front condo. Yeah, 4 generations had a wondeful time here. When I entered the condo I immediately took my shoes off and put on white footies; my way of measuring how clean the floors and carpets are. The condo was modern and beautiful. Oh, and quiet. The pictures are accurate. The owner was very responsive and checking-in and out was beyond easy. Getting access to the pool was a breeze, too. I even enjoyed the amenities in the kitchen and I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for the 2 days we were there. The beds were comfortable so, we all slept well. Being able to dine out on the balcony morning, noon or night was an added bonus for our family... nothing like watching and hearing the ocean while eating outside. The balconies are private and spacious. Although my aging dad isn't very mobile, he enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the beach and pool activities. So, he would traveled back and forth to the couch and the balcony. The architect of this building was impressive. The building is clean and quiet. It's right across the street from the grocery store and beside a 7-11. Outside of a couple of "minor" issues (I did contact the owner to discuss them privately; he responded back about the concerns), my family and I would recommend this condo and we would stay here again. I'll give an update on the "minor" issues if they haven't been addressed.

The property was very modern and comfortable decor. There are enough towels for 8 guests. Bed linens were also very cozy. The balcony is great with a nice table and chairs. I would suggest adding a coat of fresh paint to the walls- especially the baseboards. And adding a curtain to the entrance door window- the exterior light is rather bright shining through all night. We had an issue with the tub draining and it was very quickly taken care of. Otherwise, it was a great fit for our visit.

On the good side, great location, pool was good, easy to beach and grocery store On the bad side, what was pictured on the website, the place was smaller, bathrooms were dirty, food and filth items under the couch, had to call in the cleaning crew and poor lighting, had issues with getting the tv’s to work and low WiFi servicePersonal host Jack was awesome, help with correcting the issues
