The condo was perfect for 3 couples. The only issue was that the hot tub was not working & the pool area was not the cleanest- but this isn’t anything the host could fix themselves. Perfect distance from town & we even got to see the bears twice. I loved sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation with our adult kids. It’s quiet and peace in the building and a great location to enjoy Gatlinburg and the surrounding area. We saw the local bears a few times which was fun and surprising! The swimming is the perfect size for kids to play around in.

Our stay at 508 was enjoyable. There was room for myself and 4 grandkids. I liked the balcony view, nice decor, 4 TVs, location and comfortable beds (in bedrooms). However, the air condioners leak, the dryer doesn't work, one tub is rust stained, the sink is chipped. The building is very old,musty and humid. The parking spaces are on a hill and parking spaces were small for large SUV.

We were in town for a soccer tournament so location was convenient for where we needed to go. Also, it was a 10 minute walk into town so we did not have to search for parking in town.

Easy walk to Downtown Gatlinburg. Everything you need to cook a meal if you choose. Beds are comfortable. Fireplace. Great view from the balcony for morning coffee (that was provided).

Hidden gem

We go to Gatlinburg often but I never knew this complex was there. Great location. Bear activity was high, I love watching them. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends

Gatlinburg 3 BR condo

Very comfortable and well appointed. Cozy for 6 adults. Nice little balcony with a great view is shared by 2 bedrooms. Good location for walking to town. Excellent communication with management.Would stay again. using the shuttle.
