If you bring your pet, please be sure to clean up after them. Everyone would like to enjoy the cove in its' natural beauty. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS (including marijuana) ON THE PREMISES AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE. You will be charged an extra $500 fee if this rule is broken in order to clean the house and this is grounds for immediate removal from the property without a refund. The same dismissal rule applies if you fail to disclose a dog or are untruthful about the size and breed. No more than 6 PEOPLE ALLOWED to stay in the house and no one is to be on the premises other than those disclosed on the rental contract. Please read the description of the beds carefully and be sure they fit your needs. Please do not complain after the rental when bed availability is clearly explained.
Swimming is at your OWN RISK, there is NO life guard. Please NO diving or jumping off the boat dock. Children under the age of 14 need to be supervised in the water at all times. Please do not use anyone else's dock who lives in the cove. The property manager will show you which dock is for your use. There are 2 kayaks that may be used as long as you wear a life jacket - everyone in a boat must wear one. Please return the life jackets to the storage bin and put the kayaks where you found them. DO NOT drag the kayaks, lift them to move them. This wears the bottom out and will put a hole in them.
There are several other families who live full-time in the cove. Please be respectful of their property.
Dandridge is the 2nd oldest town in Tennessee. There are several quaint shops in town and a Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Enjoy the slower pace at the lake with all the fast pace amenities down the road. There is plenty to see and do in Pigeon Forge (45 minutes), Dollywood (40 minutes), Gatlinburg (50 minutes) and the Great Smokey Mountains (50 minutes).
