About this property

"No Wake Zone" with large dock, covered slip, and diving platform.

Your Mineral adventure begins at this brilliant 3-bedroom "No Wake Zone" house. Nestled in a serene tree filled setting, this soothing retreat offers a wonderful escape. We have a canoe and SUP available...as well as a 16 ft platform for diving in deep water. The dock is our attraction with plenty of room for fishing and relaxing on the water. A covered lifted slip is available for your boat if needed with the best wakeboard water on the lake. We are right across from the "Cove" restaurant and you can hear live music on the weekends from the back porch or fire pit. Also available is a small 18 ft. RV to sleep in with AC.

I liked the location of the house on the lake, because we weren't on the main channel, so not as many boats, also being in a no wake zone, there weren't boats flying back and forth in front of the house, I really like the big dock

Large dock in wakeless zone with available covered lift for your boat. Beautiful tree filled lot and treehouse like home lifted above the lake with plenty to do with available fire pit , bbq, chilling on the dock and diving off the boathouse.
