Very charming place to stay until we started dealing with sugar ants in the kitchen. Then somehow infested one of the bedrooms. A back pack and shoes were covered in them. There was no food ever in the bedrooms or backpacks. Owner did make us aware of the ants but didn't realize we would need to take care of them first thing in the morning and a few times later. One thing the owner was not aware of was the infestation of fungus gnats. I did text her to tell her. These started about the 2nd or 3rd day and we noticed things were flying around us in the living room. Each morning after we noticed swarms by the front door on the ceiling, floor and window. Thought they might be attracted to the morning heat but then we continuously found them in the bathrooms and bedrooms. I don't fault the owner at all for these issues but would have appreciated compensation for doing all of the insect control. It was to the point that something was always crawling you or in your face.
Above door after we had try to sweep them down.
This was after we had wiped the base of the window. This was covered to start.
Not only were they at the base but on the window too.

Why they chose this property

I didnt have much of a choice on the neighborhood. Its what was available to buy at the time. We like it because its a quiet location and nice neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

I love this property for the wide hallway, I feel I decorated tastefully and the backyard space is coming together really nice. We love sitting outside and enjoying the evenings.
