Yep, all the other reviewers are spot on: THE VIEW. And lots of porches. The design and space utilization of the townhouse is really clever. I had the top floor bedroom and with a space heater and a blanket - was able to sit outside despite the chilly and windy weather. We didn’t explore the beach but I can confirm it is a direct access property made for enjoyment.

Beach Front Bliss was amazing! Amanda, the host was very responsive. The setup was great. It was well stocked for family fun. The absolute perfect beachfront location for our annual family beach vacation. It was so convenient with five grandkids aged 3 yrs to 11 yrs old with snack runs and bathroom runs back and forth from the beach! We absolutely loved our week and hope to return again next year!

This was our second time staying here for an off season beach trip. It was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed staying here. Lots of improvements were made since our last stay, including a wonderful new kitchen. I just love being able to see and hear the ocean. There are wonderful sunrises if you are an early riser.

Quiet, Private Beach Location

Loved waking up to our ocean view and walking right out to the beach. Easy travel to Bethany proper, Rehoboth and Ocean City.

Loved my stay!

The entire house is great, but chances are you’ll be spending most of your stay on one of the three decks facing the ocean. The view is incredible. Giant windows for catching the sunrise over the ocean horizon from bed, with nice thick curtains to close for falling asleep afterwards. Loved my stay!

Cozy Off Season Beach Get Away

This was the perfect place for our off season beach get away. Perfectly located beachfront, that had wonderful ocean views and sounds from the balconies which is exactly what I was looking for. Took long walks along the beach. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

Will try to come back!

You can’t get closer to the ocean unless you’re in a boat! The house was spotless, bigger than I expected, and had everything you would need. The bed was comfy, and the outside decks are the BEST!!! I spent the weekend relaxing on the deck, reading a book (from the hosts collection), and just listening to the ocean. And, we had the beach all to ourselves! Granted, it is off-season, but that is my favorite time to go places. I will definitely try to come back!!!

fantastic trip

We had a wonderful stay with our family and dogs! The three-floor layout with large windows overlooking the ocean made for absolutely breathtaking sunrises. We also loved how peaceful the beach was, with very few people around—it felt like our own private retreat. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing plenty of throw blankets to protect the furniture from sandy pups and extra ones for us to cozy up with while watching TV. When we had an issue with the heat, they responded immediately and resolved it quickly. The welcome gift bag with essentials and snacks for both kids and dogs was such a kind touch. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’re already planning to return in the future! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.
