Enjoy a stay in the White Mountains at this Village of Loon townhouse with winter views of the ski slopes on Loon Mountain. On the entry-level of this townhouse, you will find a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom located just outside this bedroom’s door. Downstairs is a sitting area with a flat-screen television and a queen-sized Murphy bed. The primary bedroom suite is just off the sitting area with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, private bath, and wooded views from the small deck. The main living level is found above the entry level. This level holds a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, stacked washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for five, and the living area with a wrap-around couch, flat-screen television, and electric fireplace. The deck is accessed from a slider in the dining area and offers wooded views of Loon Mountain. The third bedroom holds a traditional set of bunk beds (twin over twin) and a pyramid set of bunks (twin over full) and offers a ½ bath outside the door.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club, which has two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. (1 in front of the unit, closest to the stairs & the 2nd across the road, parallel parking - look for the sign. Parking in front of the neighbor's home will result in towing.) 1 overflow parking space near the development entrance. Parking pass required or vehicle will be towed.

The pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has four air conditioners: in the foyer bedroom, living room, loft, and primary bedroom.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
As of December 2024, the former woodburning fireplace was placed out of order, so an electric one has been placed for now.

We had good stay overall. location, location, location (and guest rights to the pools and spas!) and view out the bay window. We were most appreciative of being able to bring our dogs as that was a requirement. The unit, however, requires much handyman work, HVAC upkeep and improvements. It was drafty, albeit unseasonably warm outside, so those drafts would be worse in middle of winter when folks visit to ski. Several lamps had dead light bulbs and missing switch pieces, top finials with were bent or marred shades. The exterior would steps need shoring-up as they move under foot In terms of cleanliness, there were Cheerios on the rug near the couch when we arrived, which the dogs gladly "vacuumed".

Perfect location to Loon

Great home, plenty of space for large group and 2 families, warm and cozy!House was better than advertised, pool/hot tub access. Best part is buses run to the mountains every 10-15 mins, no need to driver to the mountain. Shops/stores are only 10 mins away.

Great location!

Really enjoyed location across street from loon ski lift, just short car ride in between. Teens enjoyed the shared pools and hot tubs. Nice deck area off dining space. Bunk room was spacious for the teens and all their stuff. Kitchen small but action packed and had everything we needed.

Village of Loon condo

Location was fantastic. Right across from Loon mountain and shuttle was running on weekend, which was great (no shuttle during week). Condo was clean and spacious with a great view of Loon Mountain. Interior decor and electronics need some updating. Also, couldn't find any place mats or coasters. Was somewhat disappointed with Village swim club. Indoor hot tub at club was luke warm, with no temp adjustment available.

Empty soda bottles were left under an upstairs bed. Also, the listed second parking space across the street was too muddy and soft to use the entire week. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was just OK. The plusses... there was plenty of beds and towels, mattresses were comfy, AC was available, washer dryer and dishwasher worked fine. But if your party has anyone elderly, be aware there are no grab bars and no walk-in shower, just tubs. My elderly mother is in great shape for her age as far as balance and walking but felt nervous as there were no grab bars in tub area. There also were no railings when you first enter so the fear of falling was there as well. The place could use a lot of TLC inside, it was dark, lightbulbs were out, lamps didn't work properly and there were outdated furniture and rugs. Stairs outside could use some new boards as they are spongy. There are strict parking policies and much to our surprise someone was in our spot when we got there causing some initial confusion and uncomfortableness. We did have to speak to the property manager about that and they were great and helpful. The owner says do this, don't do that or they will charge you especially with the television, but does not leave instructions. The owner could supply some kind of welcome book to tell you how to use washer, dryer or upstairs TV, yet there are strict messages about not unplugging television and appliances. It is not a very welcoming place in those respects. Overall it was comfortable in respect to sleeping and lots of room except in the very small kitchen.

Loon mountain getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off- Susan at the reservation service was wonderful. She answered questions and made recommendations. She was just so very nice and made the process easy.We rented Village of Loon, 19 Big Coolidge Rd #5. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever so it was larger than we needed but we wanted space. We don't ski any longer but still enjoy long walks and relaxing in the area. The condo could use some attention. There were only 2 wine glasses and plastic ones at that, dishwasher was filled with clean dishes (we went out to eat so we only used wine glasses, coffee pot and coffee mugs but I shouldn't have to empty the dish washer), junky coffee mugs, nothing matched- all odds and ends. Bath mats were tired and paper thin and the bathrooms should have been cleaner. For what we paid ( not during ski season) I feel the condo should have been in better shape and nicer amenities like better blankets and pillows, maybe a nice throw for the couch for when sitting in front of the fire, things like that. We still had a wonder time, visited our favorite walks and restaurants and watched the snow come down but I would not rent this unit again but look for another in Village of Loon as we like that location.
