This house was excellent and the hosts communicated with texts. We had an issue with the upstairs bath tub jucuzzi turning on randomly that VRBO call line was very hard to communicated. The VRBO call number was frustrating and didn't listen well. The owner or host of property is looking into the issue. If it were not for that issue it would be five stars . It's a cute property that sleeps 5 very comfortably with lots of socializing space. I would want to visit this house again .

We have stayed in the Aptos area countless times and this was by far the best place we've stayed. Roomy, clean and perfectly located, we will be returning next summer.

In our communications with them, the host seemed very friendly. We were not pleased at the lack of parking at the house. we also were unaware that the main bedroom was upstairs, which means that my husband who is slightly disabled could not use it. the house itself, and the amenities were quite nice. The price was substantially less than the one we rented last year, however, it was also a lot farther from Santa Cruz than last year‘s choice.

This was a fantastic family vacation spot. We traveled with three young children, and the property accommodated our family extremely well. The home was clean, well-stocked, and offered plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The backyard was especially great for the kids, and both the check-in process and overall cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The only drawback was the parking situation. While the listing states that there is space for two vehicles, it doesn’t fully convey how strict and limited parking is in the surrounding area. The property is advertised to accommodate up to 12 guests, but even with our group of eight people arriving in three vehicles, parking became a challenge. If your group has more than two cars, be prepared to park a significant distance away, which may not be practical for many families or larger groups. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property, but I would encourage future guests to carefully consider their parking needs before booking.

Nice quiet area close to the beach and quick access to highway to get to Santa Cruz or Monterey. Housed 12 of us (3 year old, 4 year old and rest 14 or older) comfortably no issues with hot water with us all taking turns cleaning off after a swim in the ocean. We found everything we needed for cooking, and enjoyed the coffee provided. There was a nice table with propane fire some of us enjoyed in evening and a firepit in the front. There is only room for 2 cars to park which we didnt know about until a few days prior, the bikes available had flat tires despite an air pump being provided they wouldnt inflate, but not a big issue. Overall we enoyed our stay.

Senior Girls get away

This home made us feel like it was our home. Felt very comfortable not afraid to use or touch anything. All house rules were very reasonable. Pretty quite neighborhood. Did not have time to walk to the beach always busy out doing something. House was just beautiful. Only thing we thought was odd no wash clothes were provided.. luckily we all Carry our own scrubbys. Up stairs bedroom retreat was absolutely fantastic although we did not use the jetted tub. Shower was very large with two shower heads. Lots of room for my group of 5 Senior also like the fact they provided two different coffee makes and coffee and a welcome gift of two bottles of spirits chips and chocolate. We felt like Queens Would definitely rent again.

Cozy house, greeted with goodies to eat and drink. We appreciated Keurig, single Peets coffee. Plenty of space with nice backyard ,kids enjoyed the game room.We walked to the beach,13min walk.We liked all the affirming and calming signs throughout the house, except the one in the living room "Neighbors are watching you". You might take that one off. It was creepy and change the serene vibe. Downstairs bathroom door did not lock. Three cars fit in driveway just fine.Might want change that rule. Kind of stressful making sure all the towels got washed and dried, kind of stressful. We didn't mind washing the beach towels.
