Amazing home for family fun.

This was a great place for our family to spend spring break. We all had a great time skiing at Granby Ranch as well as a lot of other activities in the area.

Perfect Base Camp

We do an annual snowmobiling trip in Grand Lake and this place was the perfect base camp. Beautiful views, beautiful house. Was great!

This was a perfect family getaway. Something to offer the kids and the adults, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Close to any outdoor activity that you can ask for (hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc.), and a view fit for a postcard.The house was filled with everything we could want. Anytime someone asked, “does the kitchen have ___?”, the answer was always yes. The hot tube was the cherry on top. Samantha was an excellent host. Very responsive to questions and check-in/out couldn’t have been smoother. On the drive home we already started talking about when we are going to book again.

The property had breathtaking views. The inside was decorated immaculately. The correspondence was fantastic. It was fun to sit in the hot tub at night and look at the stars. It’s nicely located to the shopping at grand Lake and it’s not a long drive to Winter ParkI would highly recommend this for anyone coming to Colorado.
