The house is on the main river close to Weeki Wachee springs and has great access to the Gulf of Mexico. you can dock up to a 24' boat. It is only minutes from Pine Island Beach Park, Hernando Beach and Sun West Park. It is also about an hour and half from world renowned Clearwater beach and Disney World. Get the best experience Florida can offer. You’ll love Weeki Wachee and the freshwater spring that feeds seventy two degree water year round. This house has 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king size temperpedic matress and 38" TV and 2 guest rooms (two twin beds in one and a queen in the other.)with an queen size sofa bed in the living room. On the first floor there is two twin trundle beds to sleep four with a full bathroom. The house has 3 full bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, living room come with a 60" smart TV Sleeps 12 comfortably. Ceiling fans in each room. There is a roofed dock on the river in the backyard. Enjoy watching boats go by and manatees. Amenities include a gas grill, four kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for you to have fun.

Great outdoor space!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great house on Weeki Wachee! The outdoor space was perfect and there were plenty of kayaks to use. We saw manatees and dolphins right off the dock!

Amazing getaway

This property is perfectly located along the river and was so lovely to spend time admiring the manatees and laying out in the sun. Greg was helpful and provided us with a well equipped stay!

Weeki Wachee First Timers

We absolutely loved our first stay in Weeki Wachee! The house was in a great location on the river with easy access to fishing spots. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching all the boats go by. Seeing the manatees and other wildlife was incredible. We also loved the kayaks provided!! The house was clean and spacious. Owner was responsive to basic messages (nothing extra was needed) and check-in and out process was super easy! Looking forward to visiting again!

The location is wonderful and the house has everything needed for an amazing stay on the river! Plenty of kayaks and floaties, and an awesome outdoor area with a BBQ grill.

We had a great stay. This was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. House is very nice and was set up great. Nice dock on the water, great views, saw the manatees and many birds of the marsh. We will definitely be back. Next time with a fishing pole!

Great Spring Break Vacation !

We had the best time. The house was very clean. There were some issues with the air conditioning, the owner responded right away and took care of it. The location was perfect. Definitely would rate as a five star !

We used this rental for a family gathering and had a wonderful time. The location was great for the springs and the gulf. We utilized the kyacks, canoe, the fire pit and bbq... we saw a mom and baby manatee and at least 2 dozen dolphins in the gulf. Beds were comfortable.. plenty of towels and pillows. We would definitely come back.

Pleasing refuge for relaxation and fun.

The property was well represented. Everyone enjoyed our time here. We saw lots of manatee and snook. Nice casual, low key and diverse atmosphere. Greg was quick to communicate and seems like a very kind person. I’m sure if we had needed anything he would have made it happen. I hope I can come back again with my wife and kids next time.

Great River Cabin

This is the perfect place for spending a low key extended family vacation in Weeki Wachee. Paddle away on the Weeki Wachee or just jump on in to the water. The kids loved this cabin. Note the room with four beds is an outside entrance. Great location right on the main river--could not ask for better location. Saw manatees. Wonderful outdoor space. Would love to return to Weeki Wachee.

Like going to Summer camp!

Greg has really done a great job making this home a fun relaxing getaway. Having a place to dock the boat with very easy access out to the Gulf made trips out for scalloping and fishing easy, but the best part was coming back into the spring fed cool clear Weeki Wachee River water. With ample kayaks, canoe and paddle board, we had a blast swimming and playing in the river right off the dock while we watch manatees swim by.

Family Holiday

The home is exactly how it is represented and Greg (the Host) is wonderful. The location of the home is on the river which is much more desirable than one of the canals. The neighbors on both sides are full time and very nice people. So no bachelor parties etc. We've stayed at this location twice and we'll be back next year.

Fantastic location Weeki Wachee

Had a fantastic time. Just wish we had more time. House is immaculate and all needs provided for. Host very genial and responsive 👏. Went to springs, swam and kayaked at the property. Even saw manatees. What a great trip! We will definitely be back. One of my best vacation finds. Thanks again😀😀😀😀

Highly recommended !

This was the perfect place to stay if you love chilling in the sunshine. The manatees made our week -they would guide us down the river . The birds were also spectacular -eagles and wading birds everywhere. Many days spent kayaking and enjoying the patio. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus for sure . Walking distance to the Upper Deck-a very good restaurant with great fish , shrimp and bisque. Everything you need is there -just bring your sunscreen !

Nice Location

They say families only get together for wedding and funerals well that was the case for renting this unit. Our Dad passed at 96 years old and although everyone was there to mourn it was great to have a wonderful location to have many of us together. Our biggest complaint on this unit is the ground floor smelled of mold and its seems there are flooding issues with this location. On scale of 1-5 i would rate our stay at a 3 due to these conditions

Great! We had 10 in our group and we all had enough space. And the location was close to everything.

We had a great time and with the extras likes canoe and kayaks it made for a very enjoyable week. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped, screened porches and docks where the best. We dont get away often so it's important we enjoy the time we do have and this house did just that. Wish the queen bedroom room upstairs had a fold away crib for those who dont need it and need more space but that is minor. The master on main level was great. The bed in that room was AMAZING!!!!

Family Weekend at Weeki Wachee

Incredible stay at this weeki wachee house. We spent the entire weekend outside on the water utilizing the docs and kayaks. The house had everything we could have needed. Cornhole, tables, towels, kayaks, canoe, lilly pad, grill, fishing poles, games. We enjoyed going to Weeki Wachee state park for the day and saw the mermaids, 10 mins drive to state park. Very active waterway, boats and paddle boards constantly going by. Short 10 minute paddle to beach and bar/restaurant upper deck. Owner is very responsive and helpful .

A wonderful find!

We recently stayed for 6 weeks and really enjoyed it. We loved sitting watching the manatees, anhingas and even a dolphin right from the dock! We had great fun using the kayaks and canoe to go up the river to the hole where the manatees hang out. The house is well furnished and the kitchen has just about everything you need. It was very clean and in good condition on our arrival. Greg was a text away and very responsive to our questions during our stay. The location can’t be better. It is a quiet neighborhood but near to everything – stores, restaurants, gyms - as well as being an easy hour drive to the Tampa airport. We definitely recommend this home and hope to come back! Thanks, Greg, for sharing this great place.
