Staying in this yurt was a great experience and offered a peaceful getaway. The location was amazing, about 10-15min to the Arkansas River and great fishing, and about 25min from downtown Salida. When skies are clear, the stars are breathtaking. Once we learned the dance with the generator and solar energy system (as clearly outlined in the guest information), it was a breeze. We did end up running into some issues with the water pump, but the host was very responsive to the issue. Thanks for a great stay! We look forward to another visit.
