Very nice place, perfect for our family of 4. Very convenient to beach, and no busy streets to cross. Amanda was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. We really appreciated the option for a shorter stay (fewer than 7 nights) during peak season.

Amanda was wonderful helping us prepare for the trip as well as helping during the trip itself. There were fans but no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. However, there was air-conditioning in the main living area, and most of the time that was fine!!

Tiny Gem lived up to its name! It was the perfect place for a winter beach weekend getaway. We loved the proximity to the beach, and Amanda was a great host--communicative, helpful and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

We loved being so close to a private beach. It was steps away with no traffic so great for our younger kids to go back and forth without worrying. The condo was warm, cozy, and clean -- perfect for our family. We liked being able to walk to Matt's fish camp. Great food and nice folks.

We LOVED our stay at Amanda’s! Very clean, welcoming and peaceful. Everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. A nice, easy stroll to the private beach for sunrise was spectacular! A short drive to restaurant of your choice, however if you want to stay in and cook, everything is available in the kitchen, and can be enjoyed on an outside deck with table and salt air breezes. Just was we were looking for! Highly recommend!

Cozy Winter Getaway!

Ideal location for a quiet winter retreat, just a short walk to a private beach. The unit is cozy and well-furnished, with a full kitchen and comfy living area. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to local attractions in Bethany Beach and Dewey. Amanda, the host, was super responsive and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A great choice for a peaceful, off-season getaway!

Perfect family retreat

The owner was amazing and easy to contact when we had a question. According to my GPS watch, this rental is located only 0.01miles from the from the walkway to the beach. It is the perfect location in North Bethany, where the beaches are private and you can still find shells and sea glass on the beach. I found a piece of sea glass as big as the palm of my hand the first time that I walked onto the beach! We saw dolphins, fox, and a grey seal! It is close to the Bethany and Rehoboth boardwalks, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also a few minutes away from the Rehoboth outlets for tax free Delaware shopping. The property was immaculately clean, with a well stocked modern kitchen. The owner left us a gift bag with liquid hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper, so we were well stocked for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the mattresses felt new. There were plenty of towels for bathing and towels for the beach. No need to bring chairs. There were beach chairs that looked brand new that were available for us to use. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck to eat our meals in the fresh air. We only used the AC one day and it was efficient and cooled the entire unit. There were lots of windows for a fantastic cross breeze.When it came time to wash up, there was plenty of hot water for every member of the family to shower and the water pressure was like Niagara Falls.We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! The proximity to the beach was the absolute highlight. The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two young sons and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. Amanda was extremely easy to communicate with and even left a bag of goodies/essentials to welcome us. Very fair price as well compared to others in the area. We would definitely rent again!
