All the little things are done right in this property in terms of making the visit easy for guests, and the host was wonderful to interact with and very helpful with specific needs related to our stay. We would happily stay again in the future.
Host was accommodating and incredibly responsive to an inquiry that we had. It was an excellent experience staying at their home! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous! So glad you all had a good time again this year and looking forward to seeing you next season!
This was a great place to stay for my college reunion weekend! It accommodated 4 adults and 1 child. The house was well-maintained and had a great mix of older character and modern conveniences (e.g., newer kitchen and bathrooms). It was super close to restaurants and stores in Brandon. The host's communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely review! Thanks, Kristin. Hope you all are enjoying the rest of your summer.
Very nice property, def its on some unstable land as the floors are a bit uneven but the space was great for a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Very convenient to major ski areas.

Appreciate the review! And yep, accurate call on the floors, space, and location. :-)
This cute historic home was perfect for our stay. Kelley was very communicative and a great hostess, check-in was smooth and uneventful. The home had a lot of character given its age. Lots of lower and angled ceilings and atypical step heights, but they did a good job of marking them with tape to make them visible. Loved being able to walk downtown in the mornings and next time we'd love to check out the craft brewery at the end of the road. We especially appreciated the half and half and OJ in the fridge - never seen that before but such a nice touch for us coffee drinkers! Overall a very nice and comfortable stay, we hope to come again in the future. I've shared it with family members as it's very convenient to where our in-laws live. Thank you, Kelley!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Great updates to an historic house. Very comfy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Oh, this makes me smile. I hope you all have a lovely summer. -k
This house was carefully renovated with a beautiful mixing of old and new. We came from Pa. to a watch our grandson in a basketball tournament. We had no idea that this was such a great town. From the house it was an easy walk to very good restaurants with convenient shopping and an excellent bakery. Would like to stay again just to explore the town.

Thanks so much Courtney! I hope you and your family are having a lovely spring. Take care. -k
My family and close friends loved our stay at Kelley's home. It was very clean and well stocked, including thoughtful things for the dog, toys, games, and books for my nine year old, and an assortment of hand weights for the adults, which we used! The property is a newly renovated historic home, so some odd stairs throughout that the host was very clear about and noted. It's within walking distance to the adorable town of Brandon, including a nearby dog park and playground. We didn't want to leave, no notes, ten out of ten!

Oh what a lovely review! You and your family were superb--take care and hope you enjoy the rest of this beautiful fall. -k
The house is clean, well-equipped, and cozy. We loved the location….walk to town and close to trails for hiking and Killington for skiing. The only downside was the steep and uneven steps to the upstairs and to the downstairs room as well as lack of headroom coming down the stairs. I was nervous about falling whenever I used the stairs. To her credit, Kelley gave us a heads up that stairs were steep but they are also uneven in height and depth. It would be good to give a disclosure in property description.

Hi Debra, yes, definitely an accurate review on all accounts! For what it's worth I do list the steep stairs and uneven floors in the property description, but I can try to make that part more prominent. :-) Take care and enjoy the spring!
I booked the house for its 5-star reviews. location is good. it’s clean and bright. kitchen is fully equipped. but walking on the uneven floor is like walking on a boat made me sick. sheer curtains made felt like being watched from outside at night. no hot water the first day but Kelley got it fixed the next day. She’s very responsible.

Thank you so much for your review! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and the kitchen. I appreciate your patience as we resolved the hot water issue after installing a new water heater. We’re also considering adding blinds for better evening privacy, and the floor leveling is already in progress. We hope to welcome you back to enjoy these improvements!
This is a fun house with lots of space for multiple guests. The location is great for walking to Brandon town center and exploring the surrounding areas (we went to Fort Ticonderoga). The house was very clean, well equipped. Kitchen was great with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and a variety of serving dishes, knives, etc.The house is very family/kid friendly with lots of toys, books, games (and of course a television) to entertain the little ones.*The only issues we had was that the house sits on a slope and so many of the floors are sloped. There are also a number of mini steps between rooms. They are marked but we definitely had a couple of stubbed toes during our stay. I wouldn't recommend this house if you have knee/hip or stability concerns.
