We were in Jacksonville for our son’s wedding and this house was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us adults. We needed a large place for 6-8 people for a family wedding weekend. The 4 bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms was perfect. The elevator was desired for a family member who ultimately couldn’t travel but was nice to have regardless. We all gathered comfortably in the kitchen & dining areas for meals & games. Everything is new & modern & the home is fully stocked with anything guests need. This house was immaculate. Close walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Host was easily reached for questions & responded promptly. Check in and out was seamless. The home is exactly as pictured. We all had a great time. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I met my husband who grew up here and we traveled the world together until returning to Jax to be closer to friends and family. I love real estate, design, and creating beautiful spaces so I'm proud to share the Eleventh Ave Beach House with our guests.

What makes this property unique

The Eleventh Ave Beach House is truly the best place to enjoy your Jacksonville Beach vacation with your whole family or friend group. This home is located EAST of Third St/Hwy A1A so no dodging traffic with kids and beach bags in tow - it's a very short walk to the nearest public beach access. At the same time, you have the privacy and space that is lacking in many condos. Being a new construction home that was recently redecorated, every fixture and finish is in like-new condition so you feel like the first guest who has ever stayed. With a host who lives nearby, every detail is attended to and requests are quickly resolved.
