We loved the quiet neighborhood, yard for the kids and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, available laundry and stocked kitchen made it easy to stay for a few days without needing on out to eat.

Great location! We stayed for family weekend and it was so convenient for us. Our college daughter enjoyed a few nights in a queen bed while spending extra time with us. Richard was great to work with and left us personal touches. Will recommend to all I know.

I spent a week at Richard’s house with my childhood friend of 60 years. It was a wonderful vacation, made even better by a great house, host, and location. The house was exactly as advertised…clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everywhere…the airport, Providence, Newport, Mystic, Cape Cod, to name a few, and only a few minutes to Pawtuxet, a beautiful little village with a nice selection of restaurants/eateries.It was refreshing to check-in to a house that was exactly as advertised. Richard was a very responsive host and the house is well stocked with your basic needs. I would definitely stay there again, and am already planning another visit next year with another friend.

We love this house! It’s been beautifully renovated so the kitchen and bathrooms (really all of the rooms) are updated, yet the original charm has been preserved. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Pawtuxet Village which has great restaurants and shops is a short walk away. The owner is responsive and helpful. Five stars!

This home definitely shows the detail that went into restoring it. Hard to tell in the pictures but there’s a very large backyard.Lots of options for coffee no matter what your preference there’s a machine to help you make it happen.Plenty of dishes to make a nice meal, large table to hang out at. Front entry was great to sit away from bugs and enjoy fresh air on the cooler nights Richard was a pleasure to work with. Very quick to respond no matter what the question was. I will definitely be returning at some point.

Very close to Airport and Providence. The house was wonderful, we had a great time. Richard is a great host. If we come back again to visit family we Will definitely book again. The house has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable and both bedrooms are spacious.
Nice kitchen, well stocked with items you will need to cook
Powder Room and there is a full bath on the second floor
Living room has a couch that turns into a queen size bed

Michael’s house had everything we needed for our stay. You can tell that great care was taking in renovations and the comfort of his guests. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. The location is perfect for us to visit with family in the area. We have already booked our next visit!!

This residence was perfect! It had everything we needed, including an amazing renovated shower with the best shower pressure I have ever had. There was plenty of space to entertain and it was within walking distance of a cute downtown with a ton of food and local shopping. We greatly appreciated all of the suggestions from Richard during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We had a change in plans and he kindly changed our booking. We felt the warmth the moment we walked in from the welcome note and treats. We recommend this terrific property for a brief or extended stay. It's a historic home that has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two large yet cozy bedrooms upstairs with a large full bath, new washer/dryer, and so much more. It's just a few minutes' walk to Pawtuxet Village with diverse dining options and quaint shops. The host is attentive and responsive. We loved it!

Warwick Wonder!

Our experience was superb from start to finish. The host was a great communicator. Check in and check out were seamless. The house was immaculate, roomy, decorated nicely, and in a great area. The house was close to everything... Narragansett, Newport, Providence, as well as Plymouth MA. The house made our vacation!

Charm and convenience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s home in Warwick. This was easily the cleanest rental home I have ever experienced. The house retains its vintage charm while providing updated amenities. The host was friendly and attentive. We found the location of the home ideal for our needs to be close to Providence without having the feel of being in a city.
