Ready for the Beach & Sunset Views! Paddleboarding, Nature, Shopping & Seafood

Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen (bedding and bath towels).

Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door.

Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed.

The location of this property is key! We stayed as a family of 3, although our son came by from The Citadel in the evenings to hang out. He’s 20 and with the 4 of us, it was a little snug, but for 3 of us, it was perfect. The view is beautiful and the proximity to Folly and downtown Charleston was ideal. There are a lot of stairs, but to get that view, you’d have to have a lot of stairs! Communication was amazing, and so appreciated! I highly recommend for a couple or small family!
