This was a clean, pet friendly property that was in a great location. We got to see all the things in the Keweenaw that we wanted and it was a short drive from the house. We enjoyed our stay.
Host relied to my texts immediately. The rental was clean. Loved the fensed in backyard for my dogI wasn't in need of anything. Travel brochures were left to help me find things to do
The house was very clean and well stocked for all our needs. Renters were great with communication and details regarding our stay. Looking forward to coming back in April when our son graduates.
Our stay was nice. The owner was very communicative with us and very accommodating. We loved the closeness to where we were visiting. Plus we got to see the Northern Lights as a plus, first time!
Spacious and clean home that worked wonderful as our home base for exploring the Keweenaw peninsula. Minutes from good food, shopping and Lake Superior access.
We had a great stay at this beautiful house! It was very homey and inviting and large enough for oyr family. We were there for a wedding and it was a relief to have such a nice place. Would definitely rebook.
Amazing communication, adorable house in a great location. Loved that house had a fenced in back yard. Beds were comfy and hot water plentiful! Thank you for your hospitality!
Very roomy and comfortable! Thoughtful hosts left a treat for all members of our group! We would definitely recommend a stay here, and can't wait to come back!
Heather and Michael are awesome host, we were looking for a stay to extend our stay a few extra days and found this one in Laurium..Place is very clean and well stocked, while there we had some mechenical issues with our car and Heather went above and beyond to help me find a repair shop that got me right in..Great host
Beautiful older home- super clean and a great space for us to relax about 15 mins from Hancock. Owners were quick to respond when we reached out. Would love to stay here again, perhaps w our pup next time! The only thing we’d change is having more pots/pans, though we didn’t have much time for cooking.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of five. Everything we needed. Very clean. Such nice soft towels. Convient to the Houghton area and to areas farther up the peninsula. Grocery shopping very close by. Thanks for the cookies! Would definitely stay here again if I'm the area.
VERY accommodating hosts! Before I booked, I wrote them to verify parking would be ok as I was bringing a 29’ trailer, and also how close trail access was. They responded rather quickly and stated they lived next door and I could park the trailer behind their house. A few days before th trip, I received an email from them with both of their numbers and to let them know when we got there as they would show me where to park. They came out, directed me where to go, and were very friendly. As for the house, it was fantastic. An older home that has been updated, beds were very comfortable, and the best feature was the from area just after you come in had shelves and hooks for our gear, very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here if heading to Calumet area.
