Overall, this is a very good value for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious and has lots of light. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there greenery in the eastward facing kitchen, so mornings are especially nice. The cabinetry and fixtures preserve a nice mid-century style. The location provides easy access to all Seattle destinations. The bed is softer than what we prefer and the carpeting needs a deep clean or replacement, but, on the whole, this is a great stay for a couple, especially.

Overall the apartment was fine- lots of room and very clean. We weren’t there much except to sleep. Parking was not easy- make sure you can parallel park in tight spaces. Some little fixes would make this place much better- for instance the slats on the bedroom blinds were broken and a room darkening curtain would be nice. Location was good, we walked the hilly streets to restaurants and Union Lake. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle.

Stayed here twice over the last month and a half. Host responds well and unit is always clean. Parking is FCFS street , not a bad hill for Seattle , though.

Lovely, cozy place to stay in Queen Anne

This was a nice location and convenient to visit family nearby. The apartment was cozy with updated appliances. A bit chilly but fickle spring weather. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The images online do not show the door lined with dirty leaves and peeling paint through which you enter, nor narrow stairway that has a loose railing and stairs in utter disrepair. At the top of the stairs you are greeted by a bedroom with scuffed walls and very broken blinds. The images of the bathroom do not show the rusted sink, peeling paint around the doorframe, or the bathroom cabinet with the missing knob. The kitchen and living room are much as they are pictured online, however, and those did appear as rooms that have aged but are kept relatively clean and in good repair. The listing indicates that the owner lives in the middle floor of this building, but I do not believe they ever responded to any of my concerns (including check in problems where the “correct” code being input causes red flashing lights and beeping before unlocking the door- perhaps the most confusing check in I have ever experienced). Instead, an “associate” politely responded to issues at first, then dropped off all contact and hasn’t been in touch to resolve the above issues.

As the pictures show the apartment has basic furniture. There are a couple of issues with this apartment that they need to address and I have made the managing company aware:1) The blinds in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom have broken slats and they really bring the place down. 2) Legs are not attached on all the kitchen chairs3) Shrubs outside are overgrown, and contribute to a slightly creepy entrance. 4) Bathroom needs better cleaning - the sink either needs better cleaning or is rusty. 5) Basics - providing a new clean sponge Also - the apartment was advertised as having a laundry facility. We were given an access code to another part of the building, and this turned out to be a separate apartment (that someone appeared to be living in). We didn't feel comfortable using this. The apartment is in a good location in Seattle, easy access to many parts of the city. I think all of these issues can be easily addressed and it will be a perfectly fine place to stay.

Good sized home with everything you need. Very easy to check in and out (no complicated rules and procedures). Not luxury but comfortable, quiet and located a short Uber/Lyft or Lime ride to the main places in Seattle.

Cute little functional place for great place in a really lovely location. The view was lovely, and the host was promptly communicative and checked in throughout the process. If you like to cook at your VRBO, the kitchen was functional, but minimally stocked with cookware (NP if you’re adaptable).
