Escape to Santa Barbara for a retreat full of golden sunsets, crisp coastal air, and peaceful moments. Our inviting master suite is the perfect spot for couples to unwind, just a short walk from the beach, harbor, shops, and some of the best restaurants in town.

Relax in a comfy queen bed, enjoy a warm drink in your private fenced patio, and cozy up with your favorite shows on Netflix or a nostalgic vinyl record from our personal collection. The space also includes fast WiFi and a kitchen nook with a Brita filtering carafe, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Plush towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and all toiletries provided.

A twin bed is available for an additional charge of $20 per night. PLEASE BE SURE TO REQUEST THE TWIN BED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If no request is made, the room will be prepared with the queen bed only.

For dog owners: we’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. We charge $20 per dog per night. Dogs may not be left unattended in the bedroom or yard at any time. Please take your dog out to the street for all bathroom breaks (not in the yard). If you plan to bring more than one dog, please contact us before booking, as additional dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.

The property has two exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera at the top of the stairs from the parking area and another camera at the rear patio. These cameras record outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.

Nice stay, the hosts are very kind and communicative. The studio was nice and comfortable and the cost was reasonable. The location is very convenient -- walking distance to the waterfront and some beautiful beaches and a quick drive to downtown. Also an easy drive to Goleta and UCSB, where I was visiting my daughter.

Ada and Eric were great hosts! We were in town for a wedding, and arrived quite late in the evening. Getting in and out of the house was easy, and everything was conveniently accessible with our rental car. We needed some last minute things like a bottle opener, and they were very responsive! Definitely recommend for folks looking to stay in a convenient and comfortable location. And their landscaping is beautiful!

We fell in love with Santa Barbara this weekend! Ada and Eric were great hosts offering up a charming suite in one of Santa Barbara’s tranquil, popular neighborhoods, walking distance to beach, State street and Funk zone. Ada and Eric were welcoming and helpful. The suite is very sweet! and comfortable. Just the right amount of decor giving it warmth and brightness. The patios have beautiful flowers, palms, and fruit trees. There were songbirds and many hummingbirds! Ada and Eric also compiled a binder of suggestions of great restaurants, wineries and Santa Barbara attractions. It was very helpful. The location is convenient and near the ocean. We hope to return each year.
