Cute, cozy and spotless !

The cabin is relatively new and nicely decorated . Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was spotless! We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub and sitting on the porch each morning listening to the birds. We came to the area to hike and the location was great! There are 3 cabins here and we stayed at one called Bear Cave. It offered the most privacy for the hot tub area. Very relaxing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed exploring the Mentone and Ft. Payne areas. Especially the quaint shops and waterfalls. The cabin was spotless, comfortable and provided all that we needed for a perfect weekend. We will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bear Cave cabin! We especially enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tub. Our one and only concern was that several dishes were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival including glasses, dishes, and utensils. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Peaceful, beautiful, relaxing.

My niece and i live 5 hours apart so we decided to meet halfway in Mentone to visit before she moved to Maryland. Easy directions, great location, short distance to Mentone and Desoto State Park. We loved the cabin! Very beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed. The bed and couch were very comfortable for sleeping, plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Even tried the "Instant Pot"! Nice sized porch. My niece and i hung out there for hours chatting and catching up. Very cozy nest and will be perfect for my husband and i to make a return visit. Highly recommend!
