This cozy ground-level duplex is the ultimate retreat in the Florida Keys. With modern furnishings and updates throughout, you'll feel right at home as you step into the space, where ceramic tile floors add to the relaxed, tropical atmosphere.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee from the drip coffee maker, or mix things up with a smoothie or cocktail from the blender—because in the Keys, it’s always 5 o'clock somewhere! Entertainment is at your fingertips with three flat-screen TVs and high-speed wireless internet provided by Comcast.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds—two in the master and one in the second bedroom. There’s also a pull-out couch, providing space for an extra guest.

The backyard is a true paradise, featuring a tiki hut perfect for afternoon relaxation and gatherings. A gas grill awaits your outdoor cooking adventures, and there’s a convenient carport for your vehicle.

Great little place. Definitely on the older side but overall a nice little place. An ice machine would be great for fishing and an ice maker in the refrigerator inside would add a lot.

We loved our stay in this house in Key Colony Beach. The property was beautiful and great location to Sunset Park. We loved sitting under the tiki hut listening to the morning doves every morning and evening. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I arrived to the property Saturday afternoon air conditioner wasn’t working. Had to spend the rest of the day waiting for a technician after being told to just leave if I needed to and leave the door unlocked!!! got the air conditioner working. The next day there was water all over the floor coming from the AC and I had to wait once again on my first day on my vacation and it took all day so I didn’t get to do anything that day. Said they’d be back the next day to keep an eye on it left me a vac to clean it out if it started to do it again. They told me they had been there three weeks before that for the same problem. The next day, I stayed in again waiting for another person to fix the AC . He came in the afternoon said he’d never come back to the house again to work on that air conditioner because it was in backwards. After a couple hours, he was able to take care of the leak and get their air conditioner working properly.Next day I finally got to enjoy the rest of my vacation!There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the beds were squeaky and one was blocked with a table that didn’t allow enter or exit from one side of the bed! I won’t stay there again!

Good

We stayed a week. There was a good amount of space and all kitchen items we could need. The washer/ dryer and dishwasher were all great for a long stay. There were some towels that were in good condition and others that were old and ragged. No wash cloths provided. There is an odd window into one bedroom from the hall and it has blinds covering the window but the blinds are broken and missing a rung. Fixing these minor issues would be good for future renters. Cabana club was good for the kids. We love Sunset Park and went every evening to watch the sunset. We also rented bikes in front of the Key Colony Hotel and enjoyed riding around the island. Overall it was a great week.
