This house was a perfect setting for a small family get-together. The scenery is beautiful and it's ideally located for walks to the beach and the boardwalk. Patrick was a responsive host, and really thought of everything when furnishing the house. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the sofa, the beds, the deck furniture. Ample parking for 3 cars, if needed. An excellent stay in a relaxing setting.

We had a lovely time! The communication with the host was reliable. He even had snacks for us, binoculars for bird watching, and some toiletries for the bathroom. I am a 30 year educator, author, and father who is new to the world of VRBO but truly excited to share my home with others. I am a biker, beachgoer, kayaker, and hiker in between watching my son play soccer and working for schools and the students they serve.

Why they chose this property

Amy and I made a promise that we would always seek to live where we could look out our window and see something beautiful. This home offers some of the most stunning sunsets over a protected marshland that is home to dozens of different species of birds. Add to this the fact that you are a walk away from the beach, down the road from a state park with a beautiful boardwalk and only 1.5 miles from a fun downtown located on a marina with tons of restaurants. There is always something happening in Milford, recently named The Most Popular Coastal City in the US by Zillow!

What makes this property unique

The location provides privacy with all the access. It is the last house on the road with direct views of the marsh and no other immediate houses on three sides. When you are in your back yard or on the back deck you are on your own with a beautiful view. The yard also offers some additional open space for lawn games.
