About the host
Hosted by Kelsey Lahr
I've lived in Asheville for five years. Before that, I worked as a park ranger in Yosemite National Park. I have always loved introducing people to exciting new environments.
I'm an avid outdoors person and would be delighted to share some of my favorite local hikes. As an avid fan of the local food and brewery scene, I'd also love to give you some tips on all our area has to offer.

Why they chose this property
West Asheville has a fun, funky vibe that I love. It's also close to the French Broad River and miles of walking paths for easy outdoor access. Neighbors are helpful and friendly, so this is a great neighborhood to live in and to visit.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy fresh, homemade sourdough made with locally grown and milled flour, and discover the joy of picking produce just steps from your front door! This little oasis is a peaceful homebase for your adventures, and close to highlights local the Biltmore Estate, New Belgium Brewery, downtown, the shops and restaurants on vibrant Haywood Road, and endless hiking trails.
