Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. The pool wristbands were not in our room when we checked in, but staff got them to us quickly. Perfect condo for two families with little kids.

The place had a beautiful view but we were highly upset with the cleanliness. We were told the place was clean before our stay but had sand all in our beds. The toilets didn’t even look like they had been cleaned. Some of the kitchen items were not cleaned as well.

The place was very nice but there was construction going on that we were not informed about. 2 for the 4 elevators were down for replacement and that caused a lot of long wait times. We were told that the elevators would be down until May of 2026. They were working on the outside of the building as well causing a lot of noise during the week. The property management for our stay was very attentive and addressed a few concerns we had right away.
