Hi Katie, We are thankful for our fair and normal guests like you. We love guests who come here with a healthy mindset reading the descriptions and information we send them and communicate. We don’t leave anything to chance. After hundreds of guests we know what can go wrong and try to preempt it as long as the guests cooperate and communicate. There’s no excessive texting. We just send you the exact direction, self checking video before checking in. After check-in we send you information like WiFi etc. And later ask you if everything is ok. Just that. People who complain have other issues in their personal life perhaps. Some people clearly don’t watch the video we send them and arrive here disoriented and blame it on us. Very frustrating. We try to be patient, hope you’d be understanding. If the guest books via Expedia, VRBO tell us we cannot respond to the review. That’s why some reviews have no response. VRBO needs to fix this absurd technical problem in their system and don’t deprive the host the right to respond. Thank you

Neal, You had two rooms for yourself plus the terrace with lovely view that you enjoyed till late at night, a mile from ocean with early check-in for the price you could only get a one room overlooking parking lot or highway, 10 miles away from ocean and you only can say ok?

Thanks. You didn’t mentioned I allowed you bring few guests (3 extra) and offered you late check out and checked on with you couple of times and you said the stay is great. Disappointed as you disrupted our perfect streak of 10/10 after 15 guests or so. A bit of generosity and appreciation goes a long way. As for the independence of the unit as it’s described and you experienced and stated, you didn’t share anything, you didn’t meet anyone, you didn’t see anyone or even heard no one. Totally separated, independent unit. Part of suite (2bdr) is separated by a hallway if you paid attention and part separated by a wall. It’s the same type of wall that separated you from the neighboring condo. No difference. Totally separated and independent guest suite. If it was not part of a bigger condo and stand alone structure you’d have paid few hundred dollars more. So you got a bargain price for the location and exceptional view and privacy. You experienced same thing the 20 guests before you and they gave perfect scores, plus the extra flexibility on my part to allow 3 extra guests (a violation) but nonetheless no perfect score. Well, we continue to strive to offer best service and make our guests happy. You say: we didn’t hear anything until check out. You mean the landscaping staff that mow the lawns etc. I guess. This location is not just quiet! It’s EXTREMELY quiet, peaceful, safe and serene! And charming!

Unfortunately once in a while we get folks who come here complaining there was no pool or the host didn’t serve us stake dinner and give poor reviews. We are responsible for what we have promised not what we have not promised. We think that’s indicative of emotional or cognitive deficit which afflicts a low percentage of any society. I want to take opportunity here and respond to another guest, (VRBO’s system is deficient and can’t let me respond to reviews coming from Expedia! (Welcome to hosting nightmares) I’m taking about Randall’s review. Randall unfortunately is as ignorant as they come. He has complained about lack of access to pool which was never among the amenities. Also he complained about lack of access to the golf course which is a separately owned private property and is clearly mentioned in our listing with capital letters that there’s no access to it. He’s also written some twisted description of the property as it being “dark and musty”! This can’t be farther from the truth! Our property is lovely & feels like heaven. Lots of natural light with immediate access to a terrace with stunning views and tranquility all over. Please ignore Randall’s misinformation and twisted review. We have 9 out of 13 perfect scores and we make sure you will have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You’ll love your stay 🌺

Thank you April. Our terrace has a stunning beautiful view. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet. Very easy to park on the dead-end street. It’s also extremely safe. We leave the terrace door open at night. This area is very secure and safe. I’m a text and a minute away to answer any questions or address any requests. The weather is very lovely here around the year but we have AC and fans available. A truly relaxing and pleasant vacation awaits you here.
