Our group really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a big group of couples — plenty of beds and towels. Plus, it was an easy drive to Clemson’s football stadium. The hosts were also super accommodating with our early check-in needs and answered any questions we had promptly. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

Booked this house for my 70th birthday and invited family to come and celebrate. The home provided a wonderful venue for gathering and making memories. The house is a charming rustic home that provides large rooms in which to congregate, yet two floors for privacy when needed. Each has separate outdoor access. The foliage surrounding the house made for picturesque views and added to the feeling of privacy from the neighbors. Shopping for supplies is also a short distance away. The dock was a huge plus, as we brought our boat. The public boat launch is VERY close to the house and easy to navigate. Many hours were spent on the beautiful Lake Hartwell, even with a rainy weekend! If there are those who like to fish, we caught many fish right off the dock! Though the description is fairly accurate, the house is older, and the stairs both in the house and to the dock are steep. Note that there are no handrails on the narrow wooden stairs to the dock. Also, the driveway is very steep coming off a narrow road that might make "trailer parking" as advertised very difficult. The length, height, and width of what you are towing could be greatly impacted. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Management company provided quick responses to the reservation process.
