The Space:
This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top oven, new microwave, new coffee maker, and refrigerator. There is a flat screen TV in the living room along with one in the bedroom. In the apartment we also provide beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Due to this being a kid friendly apartment, per request and free of charge we are able to provide a pack and play for children to sleep in.

Street parking is available right outside of the apartment based on open street availability. There is no parking directly on the premises. Also if you give us the make and model of your vehicle, you can park at Pat's Liquor (3 BLOCKS AWAY) located at: 5096 Voltaire St. 92107. PARKING IS AVAILABLE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

Once you park, there is no need to drive, as the beach is less than a 1 minute walk. Also, Newport Avenue, which is the “main street” in OB, is just a 3 minute walk away.

We go above and beyond the recommended cleaning checklist provided by Airbnb. We rigorously sanitize our properties before and after every guests visit. The space will have air flow and windows opened between each stay. Your health and safety is our top priority.

As stated in the House Rules prior to booking, there is no access to the room or parking for any reason prior to 4 pm. We may make exception to allowing an early check in based on availability of the place on the day of arrival.

Alongside these restaurants are clothing and souvenir shops, bars, smoothie bars, and on Wednesdays, a beautiful Farmers Market and much, much more! If you want to eat a home cooked meal instead, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment that is available for guests, along with grocery stores and markets/liquor stores in extremely close proximity of the apartment.

This apartment is just 7 miles away from Downtown San Diego where you can find lots of nightlife and more delicious restaurants, 2.5 miles away from SeaWorld, 9 miles away from the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and 90 miles away from Disneyland. If you like shopping, you’re in luck because you are just a 10-15 minute drive from the major malls in San Diego. For nightlife, there are various restaurant and bars on and around Newport Avenue such as OB Noodle House & Sake Bar and BO-Beau Kitchen + Bar. Or on the night of your stay, it is a must to enjoy a bonfire right on the beach!

Also, if you do not have a car, that is no problem, there is many public transportations bus stops in Ocean Beach and within walking distance from the apartment. Also, Uber and Lyft are very popular in San Diego and there are many in OB that are just minutes away from you after requesting on the app! Feel free to message any questions you may have. This location is also an easy ride to Point Loma, Old Town, Pacific, Mission, and La Jolla Beach, Downtown, Hillcrest, North Park. You won't find any other place like this!

The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the exterior of the building itself is older. Please don't hold the age of the exterior against us when leaving a review, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern luxury interior of your unit.

Host is allergic to dogs and cats, so in addition to our no pet policy, we cannot accommodate service animals if it is a cat or a dog.

This area is safe and completely harmless, BUT there is a homeless crisis in San Diego. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people in the area, here is a company you can call where someone will come and remove any homeless: Clean and Safe San Diego.

Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult
