Unbelievable location with the best views of the ocean you can imagine. House is beautiful and accommodating. Newport in general is an amazing place to visit and it’s even better when you stay here.

The most beautiful property and house. Terrific view, gorgeous house, very well furnished and equipped. Responsive and generous host. Can’t say anything bad about the experience. Will rent again next year, if available.

Property was amazing! Great location with easy access to the beach and a short walk to everything. Having beach chairs at the house was a huge plus as well as games and a pool table for nighttime fun. Would definitely rent again!

A group of 12 women rented this house for the weekend and had the best time! The view and location is worth the price alone!! Everything was clean, organized and had all the necessities you need to stay comfortably for the weekend. My only complaint would be the communication/information given by the Newport Stay Company/In the Binder at the house - some information given and written were incorrect and either available when said not or not available when said it was! Just a little suggestion for whoever’s renting out the house to have all information in all areas accurate and matching to decrease confusion/overpacking - overall this did not hinder our amazing weekend! We all loved this stay so much we’re looking to rent it again next year!

Hello this was a beautiful ocean front home! We created memories that will last a lifetime! The only difficulty was there were two full bathrooms for a home that could sleep 16! There is an outside bathroom, but it was locked and unclean. There were a few bug issues in third floor. Overall though the house was great because it was in such an incredible stretch of beach! Easy to access everywhere.
