I live in pv condo was for my niece and family.everything was beyond perfect the host has a detailed booklet with everything you need to know plus pictures of how to use washer dryer and all appliances the in person contact is excellent and so helpful if i rated it 1 to 10 this is a 20! The host sent a detailed check out list before we left

Owner and condo were fantastic. Property manager never contacted us. One issue was where to store our luggage after check out. Front desk was not set up to take our suitcases when we had about 4 hours between check out and leaving for the airport. Otherwise our stay was great.

First and foremost, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. And you are correct, the front desk is not set up to store luggage. Since they cannot offer this, we have told our property manager that if asked, and when possible, packed bags can be stored in the unit at least for a couple of hours while it is being cleaned. I’m sorry that I did not offer that when you asked for a late checkout. I will add a note about the possibility of storing your packed bags after checkout to the messages I have sent out by Vrbo.
