Located North of Montana in Santa Monica.
Beautiful brand new upstairs apartment in our Italian Villa.
Private Entrance and rental is completely private.
Enter into the Foyer and take the stairs up to the spacious Living Room with , two new comfortable couches which both turn into sofa beds. One sofa bed in living room is full size bedding. second sofa bed in living is twin size.
Two leather chairs with table, Large brand new Television screen with cable and wifi.
The Living Room is 12 by 16 Feet and opens up into the sunlight kitchen. Kitchen is 12 by 10 Feet and fully equipped with everything you will need for your enjoyment.
Hallway leads into Bathroom Vanity area with the Bathroom is 6 by 6 feet and off to the right and the bedroom off to the left.
Bedroom is 11 Feet by 12 Feet with a Queen size bed. Large size closet with sliding mirror doors. Extra sheets and bedding for the couch beds will be in this closet.
Washer and Dryer for your use.
The entire second floor is rented has a private entrance.

The property was very nice, exceptionally clean and a great location for walking around Santa Monica. Sara was extremely responsive to any questions or requests I had. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Santa Monica

Location, location, location.Steps away from the fabulous shops and restaurants of Santa Monica's Montana Avenue, in one of the nicest neighborhoods for walking in all of the Los Angeles area. Whole Foods and a larger grocery store both within easy walking distance as well. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive, and there were so many nice touches, including a supply of coffee that lasted me the whole 6 weeks I was there, a handy water cooler, fresh muffins and flowers upon my arrival, and appliances that were all superior to what I have in my own home. It was a terrific stay.

Our stay at Piccolo Bellagio was very comfortable, and you couldn't beat the location! Montana Ave and all of its restaurants were around the corner, and it was a lovely 1-mile walk to Ocean Ave. The apartment was a great place to relax after a long day, thanks to its comfortable living room. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was certainly well-equipped to do so if we'd wanted. We'd definitely make a return visit on our next trip to Santa Monica.
