No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – No Exceptions!
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. (No A/C).
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Any additional cars will need too park on the street. Please read all signage and do not block any driveways. We will not be responsible if you are towed or ticketed.
