All four bedrooms are located on the main floor, making it easy for guests of all ages to settle in and relax. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a variety of bed options to suit families and groups. Please note: There is no ensuite bathroom, but both full bathrooms are just steps away on the main floor.
Primary Bedroom: Features a spacious king bed with cozy bedding and large windows overlooking the lake.
Two Guest Bedrooms: Each offers a queen bed, soft lighting, and built-in or closet storage for your convenience.
Bunk Room: A fun and functional space with twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
This home’s open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and quality time. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and pantry basics like coffee and spices. The adjacent dining area seats eight and is bathed in natural light, making it perfect for shared meals or game nights. After a day of exploring, unwind in one of two cozy living rooms—one with leather seating and a decorative stone fireplace, the other with a plush sectional, smart TV, and access to the deck. Whether you're cooking, relaxing, or spending time together, this space makes it easy to enjoy every moment.

The spacious back deck features comfortable seating, a dining area, a gas grill, and a canopy umbrella—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with a drink. A private staircase leads down to the rocky Little Sturgeon shoreline, offering a quiet spot to enjoy the water. In the winter months, the frozen bay just steps away becomes a hub for ice fishing—just walk out and drop a line. Tucked under the trees, a cozy fire pit invites you to unwind in the evenings (please avoid use when the wind is from the north). Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or sharing stories by the fire, the outdoor space is made for enjoying nature all year long.

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.
PARKING
Parking is easy and convenient with space for up to four vehicles. Guests can use the blacktop area near the garage as well as the front pad of the home. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Please note: RVs are not allowed.
SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

This is private property with no dock access. We kindly ask all guests to respect the posted boundaries during their stay.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood that’s perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and spending quality time with friends and family. Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings, and avoid hosting loud or large parties. Treat the neighbors like you live here—kindly, respectfully, and with consideration.
SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.
If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.
We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.
CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect.
