Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Do NOT remove linens from beds (easier for cleaning company to spot clean). Then Start a FULL Load of dirty Towels to Wash with detergent pod.
Put all water vessels (kayaks, paddle boards, paddles, life vests, float mat) back to origiinal location. Cleaners can NOT pick up
Disconnect all small appliances ie: flat or curling iron.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't move furniture. Do not remove kayaks via land, only by water in the backyard. Approved Vendors Only.
No visitors for day or night. Starting at guest #7 it's $20/day in advance. During the stay, it's $50./pp for day or night IF not preapproved.
No jumping on the property. Please no smoking and watch your children while on this property. Swim at your own risk.
