When the Gulf is flying red flags deeming it un-swimmable and dangerous, you can STILL PLAY SAFELY in the shallow, ALWAYS CALM water right outside your door!!

Feel free to bring your boat and dock it during your entire stay free of charge!

Dolphins play daily right outside your door! Watch them from your balcony or sea level deck! Catch crabs, spot stingrays, and play with hermit crabs when you step off your porch.

There isn't another place on the whole island like this one! Its truly one of a kind!

The rental includes a single person kayak, a two person kayak, two paddle boards and paddles, and use of the swimming pool and private dock! So bring your boat!

If you ask a local where to go, they will tell you to go to the beach on the Sound! They know its calm, quite, way less people! Shhhhh...its a secret! ....and the Sound happens to be your front door!

The Gulf of Mexico is 0.3 miles from the townhouse. Its a super easy walk using a sidewalk and one crosswalk.

Walk to EVERYTHING! You can even walk on the beach to go eat, drink, play volleyball, & dance at Juana’s! All restaurants are walkable. Plus, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center is a quick walk down the sidewalk! You can meet Sweet Pea the rescue Sea Turtle!

Explore the island and search for the mysterious Mermaid Mailbox! If you're lucky you will find treasures inside to take home! Just be sure to leave treasure in its place. The littles love hunting for the mailbox. Plus, there is also a Monkey Mailbox that contains treasures to find, and it's just a 2 minute walk on the beach from your back door!

Enjoy both the Gulf and the connecting water of the Santa Rosa Sound in one place!

Private dock access is available to all guests.

Beach chairs, a cooler beach towels, sand toys, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, life vests, a sand umbrella, and a sand anchor for the umbrella are all included in the rental.

Parking is limited and requires a parking pass. Please no more than two vehicles allowed due to space limitations.
