Lovely furnished home in quiet subdivision of Summerville, SC. This 3 br, 2 bath home is just the place to venture out to all the area sites in the Charleston area and activities such as the Spoleto Festival. Fully furnished home with all you need to enjoy your stay in the area. Master bed with private Whirlpool bath and TV. Living room with large sectional couch, recliner, fireplace and HD flat screen TV. Hardwood floors and carpeted throughout. Central heating/Air, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all needed to cook and entertain. Linens and cleaning supplies provided. Two car garage to park your boat or car. Fenced backyard in pretty garden to allow the children and pets to play in security. Pet accepted.

The Cozy home exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and had all the expected amenities but in addition so many bonus amenities, Whether you wanted to brew a K-cup, espresso or a hot cup of tea, The Cozy Home had you covered. Made cookies using the hands-free stand mixer. As a cook and baker, I love has a well-stocked kitchen and truly this home had it all and then some. The fenced in yard was perfect for our Pekingese, and the landscaping was lovely. Very quiet neighborhood. This home is so very close to Nexton Square which has some of our favorite restaurants, CodFather, Vicious Biscuit, Page's Okra grill, & Bad Daddy's Burger bar to name a few. You have your pick of grocery stores all within close proximity.

Our stay was fantastic. Very clean home, had everything needed for our weeks stay. Robin was great, answered any questions we had very quickly. Summerville was a great location. Pretty much centerally located. We even went to myrtle beach for the day. Our dog finnegan loved his stay as well. He loved the back yard. Thank you robin for sharing your house with us. Would definitely consider staying at your home again.

Hello I am Robin (Chelle, if you prefer). I am a US Southern girl living in France at present with my husband and our furry children. I was born in Florida then spent the majority of my life in good old South Carolina. Chance brought my husband to the US and the rest was fate. Now I am an old pro at living overseas (20+ years) but my true home will always be the US. We are hoping to retire to Summerville one day but that is still many years off.
I work at home but love being outdoors. I spend all my spare time at my dog club teaching agility and competing in agility and obedience with my Aussies. We also dabble in Treibball, Dog Dancing, Frisbee and Cavage (that's truffle hunting). Well, enough
about me.

Why they chose this property

My love for this house is not only due to the memories that it brings me of my father but also due to its quaint style. It has a lovely garden full of birds and squirrels. I have been told there is even a bunny around sometimes. Also the cute little picket fences and trellis simply made me adore this house. It truly stands out among the others in the neighborhood. Inside it is bright and spacious. I have tried to decorate it with taste and comfort. All this makes me love this house. Believe me when I tell you I would love to live here full time but I cannot so I will let you enjoy it for me.

What makes this property unique

My home is ideally located for exploring the Charleston area. It is in a very quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from I-26. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping right around the corner too. It cannot get any better than that to see the region.
