Our one bedroom, 455 sq. ft. condo, at Retreat By The Sea is furnished with the comforts of home and offers the privacy of second floor living. We are just a short walk to the oceanfront, boardwalk, sand, restaurants and Atlantic Park and The Dome. The bedroom features a queen bed and the living room offers a pull-out, full size sofa bed. We can accommodate two adults plus two children (17 and under). Bathroom includes a tub/shower with niche. Amenities include A/C and heat, WiFi, and two smart TVs with CATV. Our kitchen is equipped with appliances including toaster and coffee maker, and a basic set of cooking and serving essentials. Dining area in the Living Room... For your convenience…linens and towels are included for each guest...For your safety...First aid kit...Interconnected smoke/carbon monoxide alarms...Wall-mounted fire extinguisher....Private entrance with deadbolt lock...Self check-in with digital code...Free parking - one assigned parking space...Laundry Room on the premises coin or app operated.. Please remember…NO SMOKING and NO PETS in the condo or on the premises...NO on-site parties or events...Cancellation...Guests will be fully refunded if they cancel more than 14 days before check-in. They will be refunded 50% if they cancel 7 days before check-in. Less than 7 days, no refund. We will do our best to address any issues that arise ASAP.
