"The Sea Breeze" steps from Long Sands Beach, York Beach with Nubble Light Views
Welcome to "The Sea Breeze" a charming second floor cottage across the street from Long Sands Beach, York Beach, York.
No need to drive to the beach looking desperately for a parking space. Sleep late, have breakfast on the deck while enjoying the view. When you're ready, walk up the driveway, cross the road and you're at the beach!
As you enter the cottage from the downstairs porch, there is a little changing area. Climb the stairs to the traditional cozy knotty pine cottage to the living-dining area which has a beautiful view of Nubble Lighthouse and the ocean from the sliding glass door. The slider opens up to the upstairs deck which has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor eating area. There you can relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
The Sea Breeze, has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other one has a full size and single bed. There is a daybed in the living room. We provide blankets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. The galley kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker along with a Keurig, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all your eating and cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is TV with free streaming services, including local channels. This cottage has AC and an electric in the wall heater.
A great place to escape your busy life, relax and enjoy!

You need to leave the cottage neat and tidy when you check out. The Property shall be left in the same good condition as found on the first day of occupancy.

• Dispose of all trash in the dumpster
• Return furniture to the place found at check-in.
• Wipe clean all appliances and counter-tops
Please leave the key inside the cottage on the table No need to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for one vehicle only. NO trailers, boats, or campers/tents may be parked or set up in the yard. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO fires or fireworks (including sparklers) allowed on the property.
We do not provide grills. You may bring a grill (we suggest a small gas or charcoal grill) but it must be used on the ground not on the porch or deck.

Just walk up the driveway, cross the road and you're on the beach. There you can enjoy the sun, sand, surf, along with a spectacular view of Nubble Lighthouse! Long Sands Beach is a safe swimming beach. A great place for kids to dig in the sand, build sandcastles and hunt for treasures in the tide pools.

We are at the cottages to greet you when you arrive, show you around and answer any questions you may have. There's a welcome goody basket and coffee pods for the Keurig Coffee Maker waiting for you to enjoy. Our cottages are decorated with love displaying artwork created by family members.
