Perfect location, we walked everywhere from the rental. The river walk was our favorite morning and evening ritual.Access to multiple hikes in RMNP were close by and easy to locate. We will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Very clean, comfortable, check in was easy. Everything within walking distance. If you want to be within walking distance to the Tram, restraunts, bars,The Stanley, shops etc. you must book. Coaster ride was about a 7 minute drive.

We loved our stay at the loft in this unit. It’s so convenient to downtown and a short drive to the entrances of the park. Parking can be tricky, but having a pass for across the street is a plus. The unit was more than we expected, very clean and the bed was SO comfy! We appreciated the abundance of towels as well. Highly recommend!

This place was a nice size and cute. There were two bathrooms which made my wife happy. It's location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything downtown. The Crepe shop was a 3 minute walk and outstanding. Next door to it is a coffee shop. The parking is a little tight, but you get a pass to put in your car for the lots across the street. If we go back to Estes Park we will stay here.

Have stayed 4 times now in the past 5 years . Nothing has been updated . We only had toilet paper that was on the bar , had to go to the store to get more . Wish blinds would open from the top instead of the bottom . Parking can be tough luckily we never had to park across the street.Location is fantastic , walk to everything on main street . Overall great place , just could use a few updates
