You get the best of both worlds. Walking distance to downtown and privacy and seclusion that makes you feel on the country side. Large garage with plenty of room for all the adventure toys. Mountain biking Mecca just a short drive away. 18 Rd is 18 minutes out, Mary’s Loop 15 minute drive. Loma/Horse Thief 15 minutes. Coffee shops and restaurants on the bustling Aspen Ave is a 6 minute walk. The house provides a great vibe to unwind, amazing sunsets and peaceful seasonal creek just out the back door.
