The lake & access (please read)
Every year from Nov 1–Feb the utility lowers the lake ~3–5 ft. Our dock sits on naturally deep water, so you still have water at the dock year-round—many homes don’t.

Note: It’s a steep 100ft walk down concrete stairs with a handrail to the water. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, please consider this before booking.

Location
Quiet and secluded, but close to everything: ~10 miles to Hot Springs National Park/Bathhouse Row, and ~15 minutes to Oaklawn. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive.

We do have life jackets for use in various sizes


Please note, to get to the dock is a reasonably steep ~100ft walk down concrete stairs with a handrail to access the private dock with swim dock on the lake. There is also a floating "lily pad" available for guest use.

Any dogs over the 2 dog limit there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee and a fully refundable $500 pet fee required. We do not allow cats, sorry feline friends.
