We had the entire top floor. The screened in deck was amazing especially after being in the car for 8 plus hours. Beds were very comfortable and the beds had great pillows.

Absolutely perfect rental! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It has everything you need. Easy to find entrance off the road. It’s close to everything in mentone, and just a short drive to fort Payne. I highly recommend this rental and will most certainly return based on this experience!

Finding the property was difficult and there isn’t enough parking. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the patio beautiful, unfortunately it was too cold to use (not the properties fault of course).

Everything was comfortable, and everything was great. There were only two of us, so it was perfect for us, with plenty of room for computers to do a little work, comfortable couches to watch a movie on, and comfortable beds to sleep in. The porch had a fantastic view. We had a little trouble finding it, although we’ll say that’s our fault… And they were quick to pick up the phone when we called, helping us get to the cabin.

this is my second stay here- will not be my last. the host is very responsive, the house is always so clean. the location is great! the sunsets right in your window. this house is truly a peaceful space. you are in the treetops. in the winter when the leaves are gone you have a clear valley view. amazing spot!

Loved the property. It was so nice & cozy. The screened in porch was perfect. Loved the kitchen island & the couch in the bedroom. The unit is very spacious. The only issue we had was the parking was a little tight. We had 2 cars & so did the lower unit. If you dont all park the same direction its difficult to get out of the space.

Easy to access apartment on top floor (short ramp from parking lot) was very quiet and surrounded by trees...especially beautiful this time of year. There is no long view except beyond the trees so late Fall and winter would get you a view. (We could barely see the setting sun peeking through the trees.) Nicely decorated, one large bedroom with king bed and a separate full with overhead twin bunk. The bedroom also contained a modular furry sofa and a small TV. Lots of promise but I felt the bedroom seemed more like a dorm room, although bed was comfortable. Each of the bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet were in separate areas adjacent to each other, which is advantageous for multiple guests. We appreciated the Roku TV with nice options for a cozy evening. There is a large island for dining with 4 bar stools in the kitchen. Walkout to large screened porch from the main living area and also from the bedroom. We enjoyed a 0.4 mile morning walk to a fabulous overlook at Brow Park. Mentone Market is a 5 minutes drive. A few small items that would have been helpful were missing and I will make those suggestions to the management. There are a few good places to eat in tiny Mentone. Nearby Fort Payne is a more typical town and has numerous historical things to see. We enjoyed several wonderful state and national preserve areas to explore with options for varying levels of physical activity.
