This pleasant retreat offers a theatre room, Michael Phelps edition Master Spas hot tub, central AC, and a lovely living room with an extra queen bed and home office. The two bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Plenty of off-street parking for large families! A great location for your base camp for all things Colorado! A quick walk to the World Arena for local concerts and events, and an easy drive to Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak, and Pikes Peak International Raceway! Pikes Peak State College is at the top of the hill, and Fort Carson Gate 4 at the end of the street! The Royal Gorge, Salida, and Woodland Park are just a couple of clicks away! Enjoy the close-by downtown night life of Colorado Springs, the eclectic vibe of Manitou Springs. So much to see and do you will have to come back to Base Camp for relax, refresh, reload, and do it again tomorrow!

This place was exactly as advertised—tidy, clean, and comfortable! The location was perfect, close to everything. Hot tub was nice to relax in!

The host was friendly and welcoming. All the extra amenities such as the hot tub, the theater room, strong wi-fi, and the roomy kitchen, made this home very special. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. We will definitely keep this one on our list of favorites.
