The property and location are great. The condo was clean the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance and the beach is only a hop, skip and jump away. Will definitely stay again.

Couple Vacation

This condo is in a great location right across from Coligny Plaza. We were able to walk to get coffee, restaurants and shopping. Condo faced the beach and was very clean.

Long weekend

We’ve stayed at a lot of places in Hilton Head and this one was definitely top 2. The bed was super comfy. It was clean. And the hosts were great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Two

We had a MUCH NEEDED vacation here and enjoyed the location as well the property. Well equipped kitchen, good water pressure, and a great view. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great week in Hilton Head

This was a great place to stay, with the best view ever. It's location is wonderful, with Coligny being only steps away. The owner was very attentive an easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here in our future visits!

Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay. The property owner is great and responsive. We had an issue with how to operate the TV and the owner answered promptly and resolved our issue. We love the location. Close to shopping and dining, just a walk across the street. The view is amazing.

Amazing stay with a wonderful view

This stay was exactly how it was advertised. It was perfect. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but other than that, it was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the check in & out process was easy!

Place was beautiful. Updated, clean and nicely done. King bed was awesome.

Been coming to HHi for 15 years. Stayed at the Breakers every year. Been in some very nice units but this one knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be renting this one again!! Thanks Paul for making this an awesome unit.

Long weekend getaway

Location is great! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. While the king size bed is nice, the bedroom is extremely tight. The doors on the bedroom are just in the way. The dishwasher can’t open all of the way because it hits refrigerator. Those are only minor concerns compared to the convenience and location.

Great Condo - Beautiful HHI

After 35 years coming to HHI, it never disappoints. 210 Breakers was the perfect location in the complex. The unit was well appointed and all the things that really matter were right on (View, AC, shower, TV, lights, frig, etc.) This condo was perfect for hubs and I (and adult child visited for a couple days from Greenville, SC) and there was plenty of room. Owner was a delight to communicate w/and was very responsive. We had a great week and would definitely consider this condo again for future visits.

A beautiful seaside condo.

This is an absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location. Once I parked my car I didn't have to move it for a week. It's beautiful to walk or run on North and South Forest Beach road. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance to Coligny shopping center. This condo has a beautiful beachfront view and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. This is a great value and I'm confident I'll be back.

Great updated unit in perfect location

My husband and 2 year old had a great visit to HHI! This unit is updated and clean and in a great location. The appliances are all really new which is really appreciated. We cooked in a couple nights and the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities. The view is wonderful! There are also beach chairs, boogey board, and small umbrella to use. The walk to the beach is really convenient, especially for little ones. The only note I would put for people with small children is that the front door does not lock from my he inside so just be aware if you have a little one who tries to open doors. Overall a really great place!

Condo was in a good location with ocean view. There were no blinds/shades on the slinding doors to the balcony. There were a couple electric plug ins that didn't work in the bedroom. King size bed was very comfortable but left no room to move around in bedroom.

Great views

This unit has great ocean front views! Enjoyed the higher chairs on the balcony. Location is perfect with restaurants, stores, bike rentals etc. all within walkable distance. It was very convenient to have all the appliances. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty. We replaced the shower curtain as it was disgusting! The balcony sliding glass doors had no window covering. A little TLC this unit could be a gem!

View from the deck was nice. The property itself was quite dated. The tub and shower need work and the shower curtain had mold. The bedding was stained except the sheets- they were clean. Could be a nice unit with some updates. Sorry to say I would not likely rent this condo again. It is a shot gun layout as well and I am not a fan

Great location

2nd floor condo facing ocean and across the street from shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was ok and maybe a little better than average when compared to other condos at Breakers. It could have been cleaner, the DIY type renovations could have been better -you can't open the dishwasher past half way because it hits the refrigerator which takes up most of the hall closet - the owners locker takes up the rest and the is no other storage so your luggage etc. Will be setting in the hallway or living room. But it is a great location and very reasonably priced. It was just my and my wife so we were fine but I think if we had more people it would have been very cramped. The sofa, I assume it's a pull out, could use a good cleaning, the flooring looks new except for the bathroom were the grout needs to be scrubbed especially behind the door. I found 1 dieing roach in the tub the 1st night. There is a stacked washer dryer that worked well. The King size bed nearly fills the bedroom. The view from the deck is wonderful. We generally used the stairs but when we did use the elevator it worked well withe no waiting
