We returned for another visit because this is the best property and best host we have ever had throughout all of our travels. Love the location and the beautiful and well equipped interior with all of the comforts of home. Can’t say enough great things about this host and her lovely traditional Parisian property. It’s the only place we want to stay when visiting Paris!

The apartment was perfect! It was impeccably clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable! It had every amenity. The kitchen was well equipped for those who want to eat in. The location was great. Easy access to the train, markets, shopping, restaurants. Walkable to most attractions. The Louvre was a 45 minute scenic walk, 20-30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and/or to grab a dinner cruise along the Seine. I highly recommend renting with Ann. Her response time was spot on. Thank you for a fabulous week!

My wife and I loved this apartment. Once arrived we were greeted and were given the keys. The apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable. When going back to Paris we will absolutely be booking this place to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was clean and exactly as described, communication with the owner was excellent. It was a very comfortable place to stay during our visit. Location is fantastic - walking distance to many attractions, close to metro stops and surrounded by great food options. Overall a perfect home base for our trip to Paris.

It is a great property in a great location. Having a 1/2 bath upstairs and 1 bath downstairs made the stay very comfortable with 3 of us traveling. Also amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms were great. The host has great write-ups/recommendations of Paris, which were also helpful.The stairs going down are metal and spiraled (charming), which were fine with us but people with mobility issues (and small children) might be challenged. Perhaps this should be disclosed with greater clarity in the descriptions to avoid surprises.We would stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our stay to run the Paris Marathon in every way. Food shops were very close, as were bakeries and restaurants. Very close to the metro for excursions. Also very close to Eiffel Tower and the Champs Élysées. Very clean. Well appointed apartment. Excellent communication from the host. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience. The apartment was in a great location, close to transit, local restaurants, food stores, tourist attractions and a twice weekly local market. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The host left manuals for the appliances and a personal guide to the local area, which were both helpful. The bedroom, located on the lower level, was quiet and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. The main floor powder room was a welcome addition. The host and her representative on site were friendly and responsive. In particular, we were grateful to the host for accommodating our early arrival. Some guests might find the spiral staircase to the bedroom a little difficult to navigate, but we got used to it. While the bedroom (on the lower level) is very quiet, guests hoping to use the main floor couch as a bed may notice the street noise. This is definitely an apartment we would return to in the future.
