This is a brand new cabin on Thayer Lake. It's absolutely beautiful and has everything you need! The very short walk to the lake is peaceful and beautiful! Torch lake is about a six minute drive from the cabin. Super clean and well designed. We will stay here again!!

Super cute cabin with gorgeous views of Thayer Lake. Cabin was clean and very well stocked. I love that the owners left cleaning supplies available. There is nothing worse than not being able to clean up after ourselves. The cabin is minutes from clam lake and torch lake. Additionally there are two very cute towns to visit within 10 minutes of the cabin. Our family had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary. We stayed 4 nights. The cabin is beautiful and the view of the lake was so pretty. It's very clean and had plenty of kitchen appliances and tableware. We'll definitely be back!

Such a great spot! Beautiful property overlooking the lake within a short distance from hiking trails, good restaurants, and skiing. Cabin was very clean and cozy. Perfect winter getaway for the family and the pup!

Absolutely incredible location with a modern, new ‘cabin’…ice cold A/C!Thayer Lake access on property allowed for kayaking in easy water. There’s a Torch Lake beach about 3 minutes away for swimming etc. We enjoyed The Muffin Tin in Alden!The owners were great to communicate with and work with. The in-unit ductless washer/dryer was a huge plus for me. The water is a little hard so plan accordingly if not used to it. I personally slept on the queen. It’s a little too plush for my preference, I would prefer a concrete slab if you know what I mean. Again, plan accordingly.Overall it was a great experience and we will be back!

Such a lovely place. Only complaint was no blinds on the slider and electric can be a little funny (no coffee maker and toaster at the same time) Beautiful spot. Beautiful design. Beautiful view.

The Beaver’s Lodge is brand new and well appointed. It has a very comfy feel; it’s not a man cave. There are games for the kids, the kitchen is well setup, plenty of space and everything works. The owners are very responsive. The beds are very soft. Towels are brand new. Spotless clean.

We had a great stay at Thayer lake cabin! It is so charming and cozy. It had plenty of space for relaxing and lounging both inside and outdoors. The cabin is close to public access points to Torch Lake and close to the cute shops in Alden. It is secluded yet close enough to attractions. Alden ball park beach access was great for taking a dip in the lake before we checked in and we enjoyed the nature area down the street as well. The weather didn’t cooperate for a lake day so we got pizza from Village Market and had a fun night in. Great stay!
