We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming property. It was very clean, well-equipped, and a perfect location. Chris was a great host, helping us secure a cab for our return home, and available to us when we needed. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Exactly as pictured, this apartment reflects its heritage as a artist's workshop byt its beamed ceiling - very nice feel to staying here. You do feel like you are coming home. It is very quiet despite being on a street of restaraunts etc. in the Marais. Well appointed, especially with its supply of converters and of books on Paris. Chris is an engaging and responvive host.

This is a small property probably better for 2 than 4. It was great to be outside of the Paris attractions and we got a good feel for a Paris neighborhood. The owner, Chris,was very responsive and great to work with.

Our stay was perfect. Kitchen had lots of supplies to cook even though we didnt. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Location was walkable to lots of sites and restaurants close by.

The apartment is lovely, well appointed, in a great location in Paris and host could not have been more informative and communicative....not just about the property specifics but about the area and Paris in general. He even set up our taxi for our return trip to the airport when we checked out! Could not have been more pleased.

The apartment was very charming and we enjoyed our stay! But as much as we loved the property I do not recommend that you go in August. It was very hot in Paris and there is no AC which is typical. In addition, that seems to be when Paris takes their vacation. At the apartment was a fan, that and the stone inside, did help to keep the living area cooler but the bathroom and kitchen would get hot. The host, Chris, was very helpful in getting us taxis and was quick to respond to all of our questions. He tried his best to get us a tub mat (that a previous guest had taken!) but with everyone on vacation he was unable to. I just appreciated his efforts (!) and we improvised so all was well.The neighborhood has everything you need and plenty of cafes. There were bus stops within walking distance as well.

We had a fantastic stay in Le Marais. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Its convenient location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Chris was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely book again!

Such a delightful place to stay. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Comfortable bed with a variety of pillows to find the best option for a good night’s sleep. Best of all, it’s very quiet as it’s located within an inner courtyard. And the complimentary bouquet of flowers (provided by Chris) which we were able to select from the market florist meant we were quickly introduced to the neighborhood too. Thabk you for this terrific “home away from home “.

Our stay in the Marais cottage was amazing! The location is perfect to walk to most major attractions or short distance if using public transportation. Paris is a magical city and being able to come back to the cottage every evening made our trip more memorable. Chris was very attentive with any issues and we look forward to staying again when we make it back to Paris.

This apartment, its location and the host were all fantastic! It was very clean, cozy and quiet. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Around the corner you can find a grocery store, bakery and pasta place that were delicious. We were met on arrival to ease our entry and understanding of the apartment an helped at the end on ordering a taxi for the airport. Again, top level!

Chris was SO informative!He has made an entire booklet regarding the workings of the apartment, restaurants, maps, pointers on culturally being respectful.It was an excellent stay.The apt is small but perfectly equipped & with all there is to see in Paris there is little time spent in the apartment.It was an excellent location & experience for our first time in Paris. Hoping very much it will not be our last!!!

Perfect Stay

Apartment was exactly as described. It's quaint, homey and host provides a lot of amenities. Simply perfect for us - great location, easy access to the metro plus quiet & comfortable for us to return to after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfect spot for an 11 night stay in Paris. Well equipped with everything you need, cosily furnished and a brilliant location in the heart of a wonderful neighbourhood but not a sound can be heard from within the apartment.Chris is an exemplary host and provides a compendium of information.
