Welcome to Fairland Ridge at Cedar Pond Farms. Bespoke & elevated stays are our business in the Jefferson City area. Enjoy our Scottish Highland Farm with a European-style apartment inside & a quaint barndo.

With our 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 4 full-sized futon couches, you can comfortably fit up to 14 guests total.

We are only 25 miles from Sevierville, UTK & 3m from CNU.

You can visit the farm across the street to collect fresh eggs, visit the pond areas and the barnyard.

Other things to note
We do not allow parties or events as part of your booking on this platform. Weddings and private events are permitted on our farm, but not included in your overnight fee on this platform. Please contact us to discuss hosting a wedding or event on our farm for up to 150 guests. We have multiple ceremony sites available on the farm. Feel free to ask for more information!
