Closest unit to the slopes and Gondola. Oversized 1 Bedroom with queen bed, bunk bed and queen memory foam sofa bed. Sleeps 6 people. Full kitchen stocked with all the equipment to cook a great dinner. Ski down to the condo and take a break for lunch then hit the slopes for the afternoon. Hot tubs and fitness room just down the hall. First floor condo so no elevators to deal with. Ski locker to store your skis or snow boards. Starbucks and restaurants right next door. Heated underground parking. Take the free shuttle right from this building to downtown Winter Park for dinner at one of the great restaurants.

Great place! This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we love it every time! Love the convenience of the location and closeness to the lift for my husband’s mountain biking and taking the kids to do activities. Always look forward to staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here and love the location. We were very close to the gondola and had a ski locker that is very close to the back door. The accommodations were great and I am glad we stayed here.

Absolutely perfect stay

This is a great location, right at the base of the gondola. Lockers for your skis and underground parking. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for a perfect skiing vacation.

Convenient and well stocked

Had a great spring ski. Ability to sleep four of us in one bedroom and have a separate living space was a huge advantage over other one-bed units at Zephyr. Kitchen was well stocked and unit had updated amenities. Would stay again

We were not a fan of this condo or the host. We have been going to Winter Park for 40 years, and spending many of the last 10 at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The condo wasn't in good shape, and the host charged us for things that were not true (probably to repair the problems.) The back door was letting snow and wind into the condo, the sliding door to the bathroom was off the rail and would not close, and there was no storage for any clothes or belongings becuase all dressers were locked for the owner's stuff. The condo is also in the basement floor with the parking deck, which is not as nice as other floors. The one positive was that there was a bunk bed and a queen bed in one room for our family, but we only used the bottom bunk because the ladder to the top bunk was not attached and too scary for my kids.To top it all off the host wrote us after our stay to say that we damaged the door to a chest. The door was broken when we got there and we only opened it to get a blanket for the lower bunk bed. In fact, my daughter cut her hand on the chest from a nail that was sticking out of it. After we told the host that the chest door was already broken, he did not respond to our message and still charged us 100. I'm pretty sure the entire chest is likely worth less than 100.Safe to say, we will be choosing different condo for our future stays in Winter Park.

Great location for late spring skiing. The property was very well maintained. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in all stages of the stay.

Why they chose this property

This condo is the perfect size for our family of five. It is great for families with children as everything is a short walk including the day care at the resort and the ski school. Everything we need is right in the village including restaurants, groceries, arcade, fire pit, ice rink and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Because this unit is on the first floor there is no need to deal with the elevators witch can be a hassle on busy days. Even the hot tubs are just a short walk down the hall. The laundry and fitness center are also on the same floor.
