A beautifully decorated and historic home. The host was charming and went out of her way to be helpfull to us. The home had everything we needed. The whole neighborhood is charming and has lots of history. We enjoyed strolling through it and admiring the charming and quirky homes. Having dinner at one of the neighborhood cafes is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. It was a lovely stay.
This was an enjoyable, convenient, and comfortable place to stay! The design and ambiance add to the joy of being in a city with rich cultural and artistic history. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. We have visited New Orleans many times and we experienced some new sites due to their recommendations.
Our Hosts were very kind and helpful in every way. This was our very first stay in New Orleans ever. This was the perfect neighborhood to easily walk to multiple restaurants and to the French Market and French Quarter. Plenty of ample parking near the accommodations. We parked upfront and 10 paces into the front door.
A perfect place for the weekend before Mardi Gras!
This is the cutest place in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see--the host was amazing and very thoughtful and helpful. This was my first foray into Vrbo, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone else.
Just outstanding. Beautiful unit restored perfectly with a gorgeous back courtyard. Decor is very artistic and tasteful. The detailed comforts are more than thoughtful. Location is great as is the charming neighborhood. Stayed in several great VRBO properties and have to say this one takes the cake. 10/10 is completely accurate.
We enjoyed our stay & the hospitality. The lovely backyard oasis was a great reprieve from walking in the French Quarter & the neighborhood. The accommodations were clean & comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to meet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Napoleon House! The space is comfortable, elegant, remarkably clean, and felt like staying in an art gallery! We will be back!
Wonderful stay, home was lovely, neighborhood charming and location was perfect for us. Our hosts were the best!

Thanks Rick! Happy Thanksgiving and hope you come back soon. Sara
This was our 1st time visiting New Orleans and just love staying here. We were so excited to stay in this historic home and it did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable plus had everything we needed. We loved all the artwork, furnishings, exploring the adorable neighborhood, and especially relaxing in the gorgeous backyard. Thanks again for an incredible stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient. The house was lovely and very clean (even had a Christmas tree!). Sarah met us when we arrived. Parking was available out front. Restaurants were within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.
Loved our stay at Sara’s place! The neighborhood is quiet and only a mile walk into the French Quarter. Sara’s home was spacious for two people with all we needed and more. Will book again next time I’m in town.
We stayed 3 nights in this home and loved it. The owners were very communicative and kind and even allowed us to stay longer than checkout time when they had no new guests arriving. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be in a safe neighborhood, outside of the Quarter, but close enough to venture out. We would definitely stay here again.
The house had all the comforts of home. It was beautifully decorated., close to many activities. Our hosts were amazing. They offered many tips about where to go. Tom who is a concierge , set up a city and swamp tour for us. An added bonus was the pretty patio out back for a drink or coffee.
